Hello and thank you for visiting my website.  My name is Besim Smlatic and I am the owner of Fayette Flooring and Painting, LLC.  My wife and I started this business in 2016 with the hopes to provide a high quality, personal home improvement service at low cost.

I have 30 years of experience in home improvement.  I have completed projects in Europe as well as in the United States.  Improving homes and touching lives of people in Bosnia, Croatia, Austria, Germany, Georgia, and Kentucky has been a tremendeous experience that we have come to love and cherris - and therefore we started Fayette Flooring and Painting. 

 

We are very passionate about work at Fayette Flooring and Painting, LLC.  We strive for perfection and are never happy with less.  Our philodophy is that we touch peoples lives by improving their homes and that therefore, we want to be the shining star of their home improvement experience. This business model so far has proven great as we have made many friends and happy clients.
